A strong turnout of 3500 visitors had flooded the Midwood showflat during the first weekend of opening, with majority of them had registered their strong interest in 1 or 2-bedroom units.

According to survey, majority of the visitors are from the neighboring landed enclaves and residents from the nearby estates such as Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok and Bukit Panjang. This had shown that there has been a strong pent up demand in this estates, with the last launch happens around 4 years ago. The low entry price of Midwood has also attracted the strong interest.
